I had a lovely stay! The authentic Capri-style room was spacious and charming, with beautiful tiles. The pool area was a true highlight, breathtaking views all around. The only downside was that the front desk could be a bit slow during busy times, but overall I would definitely return!

The private pool area is fantastic! ! The authentic Italian hospitality made us feel right at home, and the spacious traditional room was charming.

Housekeeping could use some improvement. certain areas felt untidy, and basic amenities like a properly working TV and coffee facilities were noticeably lacking. The restaurant menu lacks variety and the breakfast spread didn't impress, leaving much to be desired for a place of its type. Furthermore, the roller shutter in our room struggled to operate correctly, and there were issues with the bathroom shower leaking. There were also no handles on cupboard doors in the bedroom and the lack of hooks for bathrobes in the bathroom seemed like an oversight.

I can’t believe how poorly maintained this hotel was. The bathroom had a shower that leaked all over the floor, making it unsafe and annoying. Additionally, there were no hooks to hang bathroom robes after using them, which was incredibly inconvenient. Communication with the staff was frustrating. I had to repeatedly ask for help with various issues.
